What People Clear Before the Holidays

Pre-holiday cleanouts fall into three consistent categories:

The spare room conversion — The guest bedroom that’s been a storage room since spring. The air mattress goes up, the boxes have to go somewhere.

We Try to Donate Before We Dispose

Holiday cleanouts often surface furniture and household items that are still in good condition — they just don't belong in your house anymore. Before anything goes to a disposal facility, we try to route usable items to local donation partners.
