How Same-Day Actually Works
Call before noon on most days and we can usually get a crew to you the same afternoon. During high-volume periods — January, spring cleaning season, and the week before major holidays — same-day availability gets tight by mid-morning.
The honest constraint: same-day isn’t guaranteed. It depends on where crews are and what’s already on the route. If you call and we can’t do today, we’ll tell you the earliest opening — usually next morning.
If your timeline has any flexibility, booking 24–48 hours out gets you a confirmed time window and typically a lower price.
Does Same-Day Cost More?
Same-day is priced identically to scheduled pickups based on volume. There’s no automatic same-day surcharge on most jobs. The price you pay is based on how much we’re hauling, not how fast you need it. Call to confirm for your specific situation.
